A 38-year-old woman was referred for evaluation of a leg rash. The rash was first noted approximately 18 months previously and had been slowly increasing in size.

Stephen Schleicher, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and founder/director of the DermDox Centers for Dermatology. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Rutgers University, received his medical degree with academic honors from the Hahnemann Medical College, and completed his dermatology residency at Temple Skin and Cancer Hospital. He is an associate professor of medicine at the Geisinger Commonwealth Medical College and a clinical instructor of dermatology for Kings College and Arcadia University.
